Healthcare Law: Many Facets and Many Perspectives
Unlike many areas of law which are organized around a body of law or legal principles, health care law is organized around an industry. In fact, there is no industry more heavily regulated than the healthcare industry. This and CLE course will describe the many regulations found relating to health care law. A health care attorney needs familiarity, if not expertise, in these areas of law that are unique to the healthcare system. This course will describe federal, state, and even the local rules that govern how healthcare is provided and how the providers are compensated.

This course is available for FREE if you have an active membership or can be purchased for $120.00!
