FLORIDA MCLE REQUIREMENTS
Every active member of the State Bar must complete a minimum of 30 hours of accredited continuing legal education (CLE) over a three year period.
- At least 5 hours of the 30-hour requirement must be in the area of ethics, professionalism, substance abuse, or mental illness awareness.
Florida attorneys can use CLE Club courses to satisfy your 30 hours of CLE, including 5 hours of ethics by taking Florida Approved CLE Courses.
Reporting Compliance Date
Each member is assigned a three year reporting cycle. You may find your reporting date on the mailing label of The Florida Bar News.
Online Credit
CLE Club courses have been approved for audio/video and online credit.
