OREGON MCLE REQUIREMENTS
Every active member of the State Bar must complete a minimum of 45 hours of accredited continuing legal education (CLE) during each 3 year MCLE compliance period.
- At least six of the required hours shall be in subjects relating to ethics in programs accredited pursuant to Rule 5.5(a).
- At least one hour on the subject of a lawyer’s statutory duty to report child abuse.
MCLE Compliance Year
You must earn 45 general credits over a compliance period of three calendar years.
Accredited CLE activities
You may obtain credit for taking CLE Courses because:

Oregon attorneys can use CLE Club courses to earn 45 general credits over a compliance period of three calendar years, including the 6 hours of legal ethics and one hour of a lawyer’s statutory duty to report child abuse.
