INDIANA MCLE REQUIREMENTS
Attorneys and judges are required to attend at least 6 hours of approved CLE per year and at least 36 hours of approved CLE per three-year cycle.
- At least 3 hours of the 36-hour requirement must be ethics courses.
Also, newly admitted attorneys are required to take an approved six-hour "Applied Professionalism" program in lieu of the ethics requirement in their first three-year cycle.
MCLE Compliance Year
The CLE year is based on a calendar year of January 1st - December 31st.
Distance Education Credits
Indiana attorneys and judges can use CLE Club courses to satisfy up to 6 hours of Distance Education CLE, per 3 year cycle, by taking Indiana Approved CLE Courses.
